Gas Distribution Unit used for mud logging gas system
It is designed to be connected to the sampling pipeline on the site, and adjust the intake flow and pressure, and adjust the flowmeter pressure of each branch according to the equipment requirements. The gas quantitative distribution device comprises an intake control valve, a gas filter device, a gas path diverter, a sample gas pump, a flow meter, a pressure gauge, a display panel, a branch needle valve and a pressure regulator valve. The intake control valve adopts one or several kinds of solenoid valve, needle valve and ball valve to realize flow control, and simultaneously connects the control circuit to the control board to realize panel control. The gas filtration device performs gas filtration on all gases entering the gas distribution unit to achieve dry and clean gas. The gas path diverter is used to split the sample gas and divide the sample into corresponding gas paths according to the actual needs of the site. The sample gas pump is used to extract sample gas and output sample gas. Flow meter, pressure gauge is used to display the flow and pressure of each gas path. The worker controls the intake air flow by controlling the intake control valve, and can display the flow and pressure of each part through the external display panel. The control board controls the intake air flow by controlling the intake control valve, and can display the flow and pressure of each part through the external display panel.
